Sydney Dietrich started working construction right here in the Treasure Valley, learning the trade hands-on. Years of framing houses, running finish work, and handling general contracting jobs taught Sydney what actually holds up on a jobsite and what doesn't. That ground-level experience is what led to founding Blue Collar Construction.
What started as solo jobs has grown into a full residential and commercial construction company serving Meridian, Boise, and the surrounding Treasure Valley. The company has grown, but the approach hasn't changed. Every project is still managed with hands-on oversight, not handed off to subcontractors without accountability.
